Your TAG Heuer has been manufactured in the strict tradition of Swiss watchmaking and has been individually tested to ensure that it is water-resistant and functions perfectly. Nevertheless, it is covered by a limited International guarantee against any manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase, under the conditions below.
What is covered?
With this two- year limited guarantee, TAG Heuer undertakes to repair, free of charge, any problem with the functions of the watch that result from defective manufacturing. This guarantee is only honored in Official TAG Heuer Service Centres that are present in more than 100 countries. In addition, certain restrictions do apply and for this reason it is essential that you read the following paragraphs.
What are the conditions of this guarantee?
To benefit from this limited guarantee the following conditions must be met:
If any of these conditions are not met, all rights attached to the TAG Heuer international guarantee system will be cancelled.
What is not covered?
Any defects resulting from actions carried out anywhere other than an Official TAG Heuer Service Centre are not covered by this guarantee and will render it null and void. The limited guarantee also does not cover bracelets, crystals and batteries, or any deterioration of the case or movement due to humidity that has entered the watch as a result of improper handling. More generally, it does not apply if there has been improper or inadequate use of the watch.
General conditions and restrictions:
This guarantee automatically cancels and replaces all other guarantees incorporated in national legislation, including the implied warranty of merchantability. Certain local regulations may forbid the exclusion or limitation of accessory or indirect damages, in which case the limitation or exclusion of the above-mentioned guarantee does not apply. This guarantee gives you specific rights and local regulations, that vary between countries, may give you others. Only TAG Heuer and its Official Service Centres are entitled to decide to repair or perform any other action concerning a TAG Heuer watch covered by this international guarantee.
We recommend that you send your watch by registered mail, carefully wrapped to avoid damage, to the nearest Official TAG Heuer Service Centre, or take it to your approved TAG Heuer retailer or dedicated TAG Heuer Boutique. The list of Official TAG Heuer Service Centres can be found under the heading “Contact”. This guarantee does not affect your legal rights as a consumer. Please check that this booklet contains an international guarantee card because this is essential to benefit from the services covered by the TAG Heuer international guarantee described above.
Following maintenance carried out in an Official TAG Heuer Service Centre, an international repair warranty card is provided with your watch. This extends the warranty on the work carried out by one year.
A number of recommendations are given under the heading “FAQ and Services” for the use and maintenance of your TAG Heuer watch; please read them carefully as the warranty will become invalid in the event of incorrect use or treatment. In particular, ensure that the crown is fully screwed down after adjusting for day, date or time to ensure water-resistance. Damage resulting from service provided anywhere other than at a Official TAG Heuer Service Centre is not covered and shall void the warranty. The limited warranty does not cover bracelets, crystals or batteries, or any damage to the case or movement caused by moisture that might have entered the watch as a result of improper handling, nor does it apply, on a more general basis, if there is evidence of misuse or abuse.
This warranty replaces any warranties implied by some countries’ local law, including the implied warranty of merchantability, which are disclaimed. Some countries’ local law may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights under local laws which vary from country to country.
If you need to return your TAG Heuer, we recommend that you wrap it carefully to avoid any damage and send it by registered mail to the nearest TAG Heuer Official Service Centre, or take it to your local authorized dealer. You will find a list of TAG Heuer Official Service Centres under the heading “Customer Service Centres”. They will supply you with the address of your nearest authorized TAG Heuer dealer upon request. This warranty does not affect your consumer rights.

It is covered by a limited international warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase, under the conditions below.
What is covered?
Under this limited two-year warranty, TAG Heuer, branch of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA (TAG Heuer) undertakes to repair, free of charge, any problem with the functions of the Watch that result from manufacturing defect. This warranty is only honored in official TAG Heuer Customer Service Centers listed in the last section of this document.
The two-year warranty from date of purchase of your TAG Heuer Connected Watch covers any function defect arising during normal use of the device in accordance with the Watch’s technical specifications, user manuals. This could be, for instance power on/off issue, charging issue, display malfunction, impossibility to use normally applications or watch functions due to your TAG Heuer Connected Watch defect.
Any non-arguable quality defects on the cosmetics or product mechanical functions that are obviously coming from a component quality problem or watch mis-assembly.
In addition, certain limiting conditions do apply and for this reason it is essential that you read the following paragraphs:
What are the limiting conditions of this warranty?
To benefit from this limited warranty the following conditions must be met:
Failure to abide by any of the above conditions renders all rights resulting from the TAG Heuer international warranty null and void.
What is not covered?
Damage resulting from service provided anywhere other than at an official TAG Heuer Customer Service Center is not covered and shall void the warranty. The limited warranty also does not cover bracelets, crystals and batteries, or any damage to the case or hardware due to moisture that might have entered your TAG Heuer Connected Watch as a result of improper handling. More generally, it does not apply if there has been improper or inadequate use of your TAG Heuer Connected Watch:
If one or the above mentioned items are observed, then the TAG Heuer Connected Watch will not be covered by the international warranty. The normal wear and of your TAG Heuer Connected Watch due to normal usage is not covered by warranty.

This limited warranty replaces any terms, conditions warranties and guarantees implied by some countries’ local law, including the implied warranty of merchantability, which are disclaimed. Some countries’ local law may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain implied terms, conditions, warranties and guarantees, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights under local laws which vary from country to country. TAG Heuer and its official Customer Service Centers shall have sole discretion to decide to repair or replace any TAG Heuer timepiece under this limited international warranty. To the extent permitted by the local law, TAG Heuer shall not be liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
We recommend that you send your TAG Heuer Connected Watch by registered mail, carefully wrapped to avoid damage, to the nearest official TAG Heuer Customer Service Center, or take it to your authorized TAG Heuer dealer or dedicated TAG Heuer boutique. TAG Heuer is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. This list of official TAG Heuer Customer Service Centers can be found at the end of this booklet. On request, these official TAG Heuer Customer Service Centers will provide you with the details of your nearest authorized TAG Heuer dealer or dedicated TAG Heuer boutique. This warranty does not affect your legal rights as a consumer. Please check that this booklet contains an international warranty card – otherwise you will not be covered by the limited warranty services outlined above.
Additionally, in order to be covered by this international warranty, the following administrative conditions shall be met when returning the product: The product shall be returned with its original battery and charger to an authorized TAG Heuer Customer Service Center.
This International Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under local law, which may not be excluded. Under Turkish laws, the guarantee period is 2 years beginning as of the delivery date of the goods and the expected life span of the product is 2 years. The fullest extent of the goods including all parts is within the scope of guarantee. In case the good is evaluated as defective, the consumer can use one of the rights granted in Article 11 of the Law Regarding Protection of Consumers numbered 6502,
• cancellation of the contract,
• discount in the sales price in proportion to the defect,
• free-of-charge repair,
• replacement of the defective good with a new one.
The seller is liable to perform such request preferred by the consumer. If free-of-charge repair or replacement of the defective good leads to disproportionate difficulties for the seller, the consumer can cancel the agreement or request a discount in the sales price in proportion to the defect. In determining what is disproportionate, the value of the good free from the defects, severity of the defect and whether or not the exercise of other optional rights would constitute a problem for the consumer shall be taken into account. In case the right of replacement of the goods with a new one is chosen, it is required to satisfy such request within thirty business days at most as from directing it to the seller, manufacturer or the importer. Otherwise, the consumer is free to use other optional rights.
In case the consumer chooses the right of free of charge repair, the seller is liable to repair or to have repaired the product without demanding the cost of labor, the price of replaced parts or any other costs under whatsoever name. You may use the right of free of charge repair or replacement of the good with a new one against the manufacturer or importer as well. The seller, manufacturer and the importer are severally responsible for performing such rights within this paragraph.
The manufacturer or the importer shall not be held liable where they can prove that the defect occurred after they released the good into the market. In case the right of free of charge repair is used by the consumer, you can request for refund of the purchase price, deduction from the purchase price in the rate of the defect or ,if possible, replacement of the good with a new one from the seller in the events that;
• the product is broken down again within the guarantee period,
• maximum period for the repair is exceeded,
• it is determined that repair of the product is not possible, through a report issued by authorized technical station, seller, manufacturer or importer. The seller cannot reject the request of the consumer. If such claim is not satisfied, the seller, manufacturer and the importer are severally responsible.
The repair period of the goods is maximum 20 business days. Otherwise, you are free to use other granted optional rights. This period begins as of the notification date of the fault to the authorized service station or the seller within the guarantee period, and the delivery date of the good to the authorized service station without the guarantee period. In case the fault is not repaired within 10 business day, the seller or the importer shall be liable to assign another good having similar features for the use of the consumer until the repair is finished. In case the good is broken down within the guarantee period, the period in repair shall be added to guarantee period. In case you choose the rights of cancellation of the contract or discount in the sales price in proportion to the defect, all paid amount or the discounted amount in the sales price shall be refunded to you immediately.
All costs generated from the use of optional rights shall be fulfilled by the party performing such rights of the consumer. You may also request for the compensation in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations dated January 11, 2011 and numbered 6098 together with one of these optional rights. The faults arising from the improper use of the goods against the facts indicated in guidelines for use are out of the guarantee scope.
You may apply to Consumer Board or Consumer Court where the residential place is located or the consumer transaction is performed for the disagreements to be arisen for use of rights in guarantee.
In case this Guarantee Certificate is not given by the seller, the consumer may apply to the Ministry of Customs and Trade General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.
We recommend a maintenance service every 1 or 2 years or a failed water-resistance test. As a general rule, all TAG Heuer watches require an annual check of their water-resistance.
